The system is flowing but is drip-free and can be used in inverted applications. The initial tack is high enough to hold parts in place until the product hardens.

is a reactive hot melt adhesive with a high initial strength which can be used without two component mixing. The adhesive becomes molten when immersed for 2 – 3 minutes in a cup of hot water and can then be applied. After application it solidifies and provides a high initial strength. During the first 12 to 24 hours the adhesive cures in a chemical reaction with humidity from the air.
After curing provides strong bonds from – 40°C upto 150°C. After curing the adhesive shows a very good resistance against chemicals, solvents and oil. The cured adhesive can be drilled, grinded and varnished.
Bonded textiles can be washed up to 90°C.
