CustomThane Mono MC is a range of moisture cure single part polyurethane adhesives and coatings. Products with a variety of flexural hardness’s are available in a variety of curing speeds.
Only atmospheric moisture is necessary for the curing of this range of products provided the product is applied in accordance with instructions.
The Customthane mono range come in polyester or polyether ( improved resistance to hydrolysis ) form, are solventless and are TDI free.
Typical applications include binders for rubber crumb safety surfaces for playgrounds.
CustomThane Mono PP is a range of prepolymer urethane systems.
Prepolymer urethane systems are urethanes that are partially reacted to give very high physical properties.
This product range is available in a range of shore harnesses.
Typical applications are for engineering mouldings and casting applications where extreme end properties are required.
CustomThane duo is a range of two part polyurethane elastomers, adhesives and coatings. A range of shore hardness from 40 shore A to shore D with a range of polymerisation speeds is available.
This product range is available in solid or foamable micro-cellular systems.
